You can rediscover the roots of this unique territory by walking on a hillside that has been home to vineyards for more than 800 years, touching the chestnut wood equipment in a winery built two centuries ago, and getting lost in the half-light while observing the collection of centuries-old bottles in the ancient underground wine cellar.
