Description

In a limited run of only 400 bottles, Super Sidera is the company's first Vermouth, made with one of Montecavallo's wines, Cajanto (a blend of nebbiolo and vespolina).

Characterized by complex and distinctive traits, it harks back to the vermouths of "back in the day," with a deep red color and lingering, strong aromatic notes.

It is at its best whether drunk on the rocks or mixed for fine cocktails.

Its name comes from the motto found on the heraldic coat of arms of the Incisa della Rocchetta family, owners of the Castello di Montecavallo winery, and means "Beyond the Stars," as the star symbol on the label refers to.
