ALTAIR is a white blend of Erbaluce, Vionnier and Chardonnay, fresh and savory.

The Erbaluce portion is vinified with fermentation and aging in Tonneau giving this wine an articulate aromatic profile.

Launched in 2025, the winery's first white wine, ALTAIR is the brightest star in the constellation of the Eagle, the "symbol" animal on the coat of arms of the Incisa della Rocchetta family.
